Craftsmanship and brewing: the genuine Grupo Tibu-Ron dispenser

The management team of the well-known Tibu-Ron Group is committed to continuous innovation, which is so crucial in a period such as the one the hotel and catering sector is currently going through. Run by enthusiastic and proactive young people, the group has grown considerably in recent years. Indeed, in honour of their chameleon-like approach and ability to adapt to change Aplimet has designed a genuine multi-tap dispenser for one of their establishments.

The Tibu-Ron Group is a leisure and restaurant group from Castelldefels, Barcelona. They have a number of different establishments based on different but complementary concepts: the famous Chiringuito Tibu-Ron, the elegant Tibu-Ron Beach Club, Solraig by Tibu-Ron, the Jarana nightclub, Marae by Tibu-Ron, Taberna Tibu-Ron, Sushisame by Tibu-Ron and Tibu-Ron Events. It’s a long list!

A regular client of Estrella Damm, who are also involved in this project, the business group wished to go back to craftsmanship and a 100% brewhouse character in the new look of one of its premises, the Tibu-Ron Tavern.

It is the group’s first restaurant dedicated exclusively to tapas. A tavern with a distinctly modern character, where you can share tapas and small dishes, accompanied by wines, cocktails and a wide selection of beers, from traditional lagers to the most artisanal IPAs.

Following a process of continuous consultation from the very start, and based on a renovation of the premises focused on the world of beer, Aplimet’s team of designers created a remarkable piece to stand out at the bar of the restaurant.

We listen to the client’s needs, and then advise them on the dispenser that will best suit their technical and aesthetic requirements. This beer tower is the result of adapting a piece we already had in our catalogue of pumps: the Alambique.

In perfect proportional harmony, based on an artisanal concept and focusing on the joins, the final result makes the tap the centrepiece of the bar and transports us to a completely fresh and welcoming environment.
